Sheriff Clarence Dupnik should be fired and this should be looked into. When the Governor of the state signs into law a bill such as the immigration bill, it is required that ALL employees under the payroll of the state abide by those laws. A city/state employee such as Dupnik, who goes on national T.V. stating he will not follow or abide by the state laws the governor signed must be considered a renegade employee, and termination is in order. An employee that would degrade on TV the company they worked for would more than likely be terminated effective immediately in the real world. Dupnik, if I was your employer you would be rubbing your ass right about now after the door slammed you in your brains.

Delete Comment Just in on FOXNEWS: The NITWIT Sherifff Clarence Dupnik of Pima County comes out in opposition to SB1070. That Democrat dominated county says welcome to all criminals from Mexico: Rape our women, murder our men, make our children drug addicts! Steal our wealth, To many of their residents depend on government assistance anyway!

Really, your removing posts now, I guess I am done here, tried to have a rational conversation, I see who the real anti Americans are, you support censorship. Maybe you are afraid someone might read my post and learn something, maybe they would mock me, but we wont find out now. It's not my fault the Legal Counsel of the 911 Commision John Farmer, (former Dean of Rutgers Law School and Atty Gen. of New Jersey) wrote a book called The Ground Truth calling the whole report a lie. Maybe one day you will actually look into it, until then keep fighting to destroy the Republic and the Constitution.

Thanks so much Steven....I am not going to post back to him anymore....I had a feeling there was something not quite right about him and his story .....a 9-11 Truther...give me a break. I have had a lot of friends who have been negatively impacted by illegals, hit and runs, houses robbed, I am so over it. I was down at the Capital Friday to support the bill, I saw everything I needed to know about the thugs that were out opposing the bill. Take care....

If you are a Christian, here's a passage in Romans Ch. 12, to ponder: Let every soul be subject to the higher powers. For the powers (authorities) that be are ordained by God. Whosoever resists the powers resists God.

OMG! Nathan HE'S a 9-11 Truther! He was still snapping junior high girls' bra straps when 9-11 happened! There HAVE been many in the Ron Paul movement who believe in that nonsense. I've read several articles, both in support AND opposition to the theory. I've spoken to structural engineering professors, UNRELATED to the government. You are simply mistaken!! IF However, you endorsed the concept that JFK was murdered in a gov't conspiracy, then WELCOME! The evidence IS overwhelming on that issue!

Is is YOUR opinion that it gives too much power to police. I've spoken to police who support AND oppose the bill, for a variety of reasons. None have disagreed about the basis of reasonable suspicion. I've been a victim of unreasonable search by a police officer, BUT there was a basis for stopping me!

I admit that I get really bothered about people who get high and mighty worrying about police abuse, I'll tell you why. Just under ten years ago, my then 15 year-old daughter got off the bus at a transit center and waited for a train; only to be raped by a guy. YES, HE was a HISPANIC male!! One year later, the DNA match her attacker with someone incarcerated for the same crime. YES!!! HE IS AN ILLEGAL ALIEN!!! IN a city (Portland) that was a sanctuary city. SO, I have little use for those who fear police abuse more than they do criminal abuse of innocents, which you clearly do!

So guy, you can have all the theoretical concerns about the potential for abuse by Law Enforcement. BUT, DON'T expect ME to respect any guy who probably hates ANY authority! My experience shows that usually such people endorse legalization of all drugs, prostitution, etc., because they're "victimless" crimes. Don't know if you do, just suspicious...

Christopher....how about doing a little research and find out what law enforcement entity detained him? Then get back to me.....also, Youtube is famous for propaganda video's.....
