Talk to family this weekend and explain how we must remove the corruption from every level of politics regardless of party. Explain to them how the bozos in Washington plan on paying for all they are pushing on to us.

Be patient as many have been brainwashed or just don't realize why they should care!

Happy Thanksgiving Patriots!

Jaycee, if more voters realized what you are telling them they would think twice before saying, "oh no my Congress person is great, they bring home many projects", but what do they give up in the process. People are not thinking, so they bring projects home, taxes on the whole would be a lot less if they left it up to the states and that way we in Arizona are not paying for projects in New York. People remember a Congress person can not do anything without your tax monies. You have gotten used to them telling you, if you agree with me 75% of the time, that is better than most married couples, that is the Politician talking. I know people who divorced over a lot less, well, divorce the politicians, start anew, got new blood in there, someone who will respect the Constitution, someone who will respect our voices, someone who will respect our wallets and our values, not the Progressive Socialist views on the haves and the have nots. Sure is funny that it is the DIMocRATS who have been the richest people in the House and Senate but tell the public with the help of the alphabet media it is the Republicans. I wish some of these voters would start looking things up instead of letting the news media tell you what they want you to know.

Happy Thanksgiving to one and all. Now is the time we really need to say thanks for what we have.
Suzanne, I read your comments and appreciate some of the background on Mary Landreau. I really used Mary Landreau as an example. Too many Congressman, on both sides of the aisle, exchange their vote "for something". ie: I will vote for your bill if you vote for mine; I will vote for the bill if you (congress) gives me money for this project for my state. In essence, that is a bribe. We, the citizens, for the most part have sat back and re-elected the people that participated. A good local example is what has happened in Arizona with the recent spending cuts. The complaints were we won't have money for this or that. One of the complaints that I remember is "We won't have money for child care for grandparents." We forget, even on a state basis, other people's money (through taxation) is being used for these projects. The states and the federal government have got to cut back on the spending. We, the people, need to hold them accountable. Stop re-electing people that take bribes, such as what Mary Landreau has done; even on a local basis. When we go to the polls, we need to review their past voting behavior and not get "swept" up into political rhetoric.
We need to demand that Congress have "one issue" bills (outside of the budget). We need to demand that they balance the budget, just as we the citizen have to balance our budget. WE need to stand up and demand the Congressman be held accountable.
I realize that I am asking alot. But we start somewhere. We start with Mary Landreau (for example) and help back someone who is running against her that is a conservative on spending issues.
And in the meantime, we say thanks. Thanks to all that are standing up. Thanks to God, America is a great country and with the help of God, America will continue to be. Thank you.

John, the East Valley Tea Party Patriots do meet every Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30. Last night's meeting was the last one at the Sounthern/Lindsay location, (we have outgrown it). We will begin meeting next Tuesday evening at 4542 E Inverness Ave. Cross streets are Greenfield and US-60. Directions: South on Greenfield (go under the freeway) to the Quik-Trip on the left. Turn left, curve around the big cement wall. Turn left into the parking lots. There are twin adobe style buildings on the left. We will be meeting in the West building. Bring your own chair. Chairs can be left from week to week if you choose as we will be the only ones using the building. I look forward to seeing you next Tuesday.
