Recently at a Tea Party meeting and then again while watching Laura Ingraham on the No Spin Zone (an oxymoron if ever I’ve heard one – there is more spin on that show than the Tilt-A-World at the fair), the issue about freedom and religion continues to elude people. THE HIJACKING OF TERMINOLOGY: CONSERVATIVE

Recent polls suggest that a great many Americans are self-identifying as conservative and what does that actually mean?

If 40% are self-identifying as conservative, in order to win elections, Republicans are going to need to convince another 11% of the electorate that their platform is one that is worth pursuing.

You go on a blog, you present personal subjective opinion and the moment anyone questions that opinion, disagrees or continues to challenge your subjective statements, you seek to silence & remove the posts.

This whole back n forth has been about challenging your positions of you attempting to dominate the Tea Party movement with religion instead of the precepts for which Arizonians got involved.

No one in any post demanded an apology from you. No one silenced you. No one told you NOT to express your opinions - they CHALLENGED your opinions - there's a huge difference.

Please do not attempt to lecture me about the time to disagree, you started this whole thing and now you dislike the outcome.

The ENTIRE premise of my book & principles is being accountable for your choices, being able to respond to your choices and making those choices at no cost to another without consent.

You made your choices

You need to be able to respond to those choices

You consented by engaging in the conversation

I didn't discredit you, that you did all on your own by not assimilating freedom from within and attempting to control others, much like you now want to do with this exchange.

Since you cannot stop harrassing me on my blogs, in the interest of the entire group, I am removing them. I recommend that you spend your time trying to find commonalities and not differences of which to bring others down. I will not apologize for my position, nor sway from it. It is my Constitutional right and I exercise that with pride.

Therefore, should you be interested in event planning or strategic planning, I will work with you. If you are simply looking to accuse me or banter, I am not interested. I do hope that you aren't doing this to anyone else. As I said at the Phoenix Tea Party when disagreement broke out between the parties, "We don't have TIME to have disagreements right now. We need to set that down and work toward a common goal." The energy you have put forth to discredit and insult me could have done brilliantly if applied to actual soulution planning instead.

If you want to discuss future planning, I am game. Otherwise keep your opinions of me to yourself, please.

On our main page it pretty much states what you wrote and we note that many are not or want to be a part of a political party... just your thinking - we are mad at them all! We are working on a monthly "Meet & Vent" meeting that would be great for you to discuss your blog. Will keep you posted. Just so you know - through the Tea Party Patriot national group, many events will not let politicians even speak. No party will be taking over this movement. We are all new at this and I feel it will come together as we go. Tea Party organizers have spent their time and their own money to put these on. We want and need your help!
