Since Mitchell was elected in 2006 it would seem like $28,000 is over the amount allowed by law and why would Rangel give him money anyway? What was the pay off for---not indicting Rangel or forcing a showdown in the ethics committee?? How many on this list are on the ethics committee I wonder??
